Which currencies can I price appointments in?
Paid event types support Nigerian naira (NGN) and US dollars (USD). You choose the appointment currency in the event settings; it is separate from the currency used for your Calendza subscription.
Do I need a paid plan, and are there fees?
Paid bookings are available on Free with a 5% platform fee. Personal Pro lowers the fee on personal paid bookings to 2.5%; team paid bookings use 5%. Payment-provider fees are separate. Complete the Bachs setup and required verification before collecting payments.
What if the client does not finish paying?
The appointment is confirmed only after payment is verified. An unpaid slot hold expires so someone else can book the time.
When will the money reach my bank?
Not immediately after a booking is paid. Funds first settle with Bachs. Once funds are available and your payout destination is approved, you can request a withdrawal. Processing time and any currency conversion depend on the provider and destination.
